Work with a specialist to get precisely measured for your DeNiro Salentino boots. During this session, we will assist you through the design process, including leather choices for the top of the boot, colours, and specific customization details to ensure a perfect fit and style.
Cancellation Policy
Boot Fitting & Hat Fitting Appointments We want to make sure we have plenty of time to give you the personal service you deserve, so our boot fitting and hat fitting & design services are available by appointment. Booking Appointments can be booked online in advance. Please arrive promptly for your appointment so we can make the most of your allocated time. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another customer. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your appointment or ask you to reschedule, depending on availability. No-Shows If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us, we reserve the right to require a deposit for future appointments. Waitlist If your preferred appointment is fully booked, you can join our waitlist. Should an appointment become available, we will contact customers on the waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment. Hat Fitting & Design For customers looking for a bespoke or Design Your Own riding hat, please allow plenty of time for your appointment.
